Frequently Asked Questions

What is corporate sound branding?

It is the intentional design of the acoustic identity of a commercial space. It includes the selection of frequencies, rhythms, and sound pressure levels that reinforce brand perception. In hotels, airports, or waiting rooms, the soundscape becomes a differentiating element as relevant as lighting or furniture.

What type of insulation panels do you offer?

We work with modular panels manufactured in Argentina, designed for corporate environments. They are available in different absorption coefficients (NRC 0.75 to 0.95) and finishes in neutral tones such as cream, dark gray, and matte textures. They are installed without major construction and integrate with existing HVAC and lighting systems.

Do you conduct acoustic studies prior to installation?

Yes. Each project begins with an on-site measurement of background noise levels, reverberation time, and frequency response. With this data, we define the panel density, speaker placement, and the most suitable sound profile for each area. The report is delivered before any installation.

Can the sound system operate independently in each room?

Yes. We design directional audio networks with zone control. Each room or waiting area can have its own sound programming without interfering with adjacent ones. The system is managed from a central interface or through predefined schedules, without the need for daily manual intervention.

Do you offer maintenance after installation?

We include a semi-annual calibration plan during the first year. We adjust acoustic parameters according to changes in occupancy, furniture, or space layout. From the second year onward, we offer preventive maintenance contracts with quarterly visits and firmware updates for the audio system.

How long does a complete sound branding project take?

It depends on the area and technical complexity. A 300 m² hotel lobby typically requires between four and six weeks, from initial measurement to commissioning. Airport or multi-location projects may extend to twelve weeks. In all cases, we deliver a detailed schedule before starting.
