Products and services are described in the technical sheets and commercial proposals delivered to the client. Any use other than that intended will require express written authorization.
The client agrees to provide truthful information about the space to be intervened, the acoustic requirements, and the structural conditions of the property. Likewise, they must facilitate access to the site at the agreed times and comply with the safety measures indicated by the technical team. Lack of cooperation may delay execution deadlines without liability for Nouvellechanson.
Nouvellechanson shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of income, or business interruption arising from the use of the products or services, provided that the agreed technical specifications have been met. The maximum liability is limited to the value of the contracted service. This limitation does not apply in cases of proven fraud or gross negligence.
All designs, sound compositions, technical plans, and documentation delivered are the property of Nouvellechanson, unless otherwise agreed. The client may not reproduce, modify, or distribute such materials without prior authorization. The transfer of rights over a soundscape will be formalized through a separate contract.
These terms govern from the first interaction with the website or the signing of a service agreement. Nouvellechanson reserves the right to update them at any time; changes will be published on this page at least fifteen days before they take effect. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new conditions.
